There are two ways to begin the Red Rock Ponds reservation process. Call (585) 638-2445 during business hours to speak with the resort staff or fill out the form below and a member of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to complete the reservation process.

Please note:
  • A one day fee will be charged for cancellations under 10 days.
  • A $10 cancellation fee will be charged on reservations cancelled 10 days or more before expected arrival date.
  • The minimum age to rent and occupy a site is 21 years of age.
  • Site requests are not guaranteed.
  • Your reservation is not complete until after you have spoken with a Red Rock Ponds representative. A member of our staff contact you within 24 hours to complete the reservation process.
